It's just about me…interesting or not.

Who has a grudge? July 8, 2010

So my best friend is getting married a year from Sept. We have known each other for about 4 years now. We met through work. She called me up Tuesday and asked if I could meet her at David’s Bridal to try on Bridesmaids gowns this Sunday.  “Sure!” I said. One problem though…her mother. For starters, every relationship has its ups and downs. Whether it be friend, family, or spouse.  We had a tiff about what seems a year ago. We both got over it. She vented to her mom about it. Okay, no big deal, I did the same. The difference is her mom holds grudges even though it has nothing to do with her. I just recently found this out.

Jess is the first person I’ve grown close to in the past couple of years. I’ve been burned one too many times by so-called “friends”, as I’m sure many people have. Because of that it’s taken a little longer than usual to get close to someone. I still have a hard time adjusting to having a true friend, almost to the point that I feel like I could ruin it anytime.

Jess recently told me when her family celebrated father’s day her mother got pissed because Jess invited me over. I couldn’t believe it! All because of the fight Jess and I had a year ago. That women gave me a birthday card right before that! Maybe it was just for show. Would you consider that a sign of Bipolar? I used to feel apart of her family but now I question it. I don’t feel comfortable going Sunday now. Call me crazy…

Undecided and lost

For starters, I’m not very good with words. I know, you’re probably wondering why the hell would you start a blog then?! What triggered it was watching Julie&Julia I suppose. Wanting to start something and finish it. Although, I haven’t really decided what that “something” is just yet. I have a number of things that could use improvement in my life…organizational skills are somewhat lacking, my overall health is not even close to healthy and my finances are catastrophic. I suppose we can just leave it up in the air and see where it goes.
